Policy
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
NJJ must be notified by phone, fax, E-mail, or online form of
intended return or exchange. Preferred method is for customer to
fill
out and submit online form and include
in the return box. NJJ must be notified within 14 days of the receipt
of your order if you intend to return or exchange item or items. No
returns, exchanges, or refunds on CUSTOM JEWELRY - no exceptions.
Return shipment is at customer's own cost unless the item was shipped
defective. NJJ will not accept any return if the item was damaged or
excessively used by the customer. Shipping fees are not refunded
unless the wrong item was shipped. You will not be charged an
additional shipping fee to remedy missing items, duplicate shipments,
factory or ship-damaged items. RUSH fees are not refunded.

Vendor
Policy
Please refer to the Vendors page
for more information. Vendors may shop online once approved for a
pre-pay or thirty day account and will be assigned a voucher code for
checkout purposes. No minimum purchase requirements. Return, Exchange, Fee Schedule, and Shipping
Policies apply. Vendors may request UPS shipments instead of U.S.
Mail. We retain a copy of your Tax ID certificate for our records.
Please inform us of any deadline date in which products are needed.

Payment
Policy
Order processing for delivery begins
once payment is completed. Therefore, orders are by pre-payment only,
so charges are at the time of order unless special arrangements have
been made with the manager. We do not offer personal house credit
accounts.

Exchange
Policy
All exchanges must be fit for resale and notified of intent within 14
days from receipt of the item. Items will be exchanged once returned.
Exchanged items will incur a second shipping fee to the customer.

Restock or
Cancellations
In the
event an order is cancelled or returned for restock, a customer or
vendor might incur the following fees. Based on total
order or by individual item:
up to $50.00 order = $5.00 fee
up to $100.00 = $10.00 fee
up to $200.00 =$20.00 fee
$250.00+ subject to 10% fee
Rush Fees
Additional shipping fees to handle rush shipments with increased
shipping costs, a customer or vendor may incur a rush fee.
up to $50.00 = $10.00 fee
up to $50.00 = $15.00 fee
up to $200.00 = $20.00 fee
$250.00+ subject to 10% fee
